Forget revenge. It won't make you happy. I know because I've done it. It's fulfilling enough to think about it, don't make your fantasy a reality.
This girl is obviously a negative influence in your life. I've had a selfish friend before...she walked away from me without a backward glance and left me gaping like a goldfish. A couple of weeks later I found I wasn't so anxious anymore (in general). I realised that it was her who had made me feel that way.
Now I've surrounded myself with positive people. It meant cutting down my list of friends to about 5. It comes down to being confident enough to do it.

Revenge is stupid. That is what immature people do to solve their problems. All it does is lead to retaliation, and it tarnishes your reputation and honor. It is a waste of time.
If you want to treat this situation in a mature way, you'll just talk to the friend about it like an adult. Tell her how you feel, and if necessary, stop being her friend. Then move on with your life. The sooner you put this behind you, the sooner you'll get over it. Revenge is perpetual. It will come back and bite you in the butt, if not now, then the next time. I guarantee it.

taking '' revenge" is alot like doing drugs -it (probally) will make you feel better for a while ,but that will fade and most likely guilt will creep in . You might even burn a bridge that you really didn't want to burn.
All wounds heal but the big ones leave the biggest scar's.
You dont sound like you need "revenge" anyway, it sounds more like you need to re -evaluate your friendship w/this person, if you feel it would be a greater loss to "write her off" than to speak to her about the way you feel, than choose wether you should try to comunicate w/her in a mature fashion -ezplaining your feelings, and give her the chance to realize what her actions are putting at risk,i.e.;your friendship and all thatcomes with that ... kevin,S.

I know from my own experience that revenge is not good ! I once tried to get revenge on somone who had hurt me, but I was the one who lost in the end. You see, for everything we do in this life, we get a reward, or we get punished. I didn't use to believe in ths thing called 'Divine Justice', but now I certainly do. If your friend has done something wrong, she will pay ! Be sure of that ! ;)

I really really think you should get rid of this friend and find some new ones, she isn't worth it believe me. I've taken revenge on someone before and it was only a short term fix, it doesn't solve the problem and makes you look like a nasty person too.

Only once. She was a neighbour from hell and made my life hell as well. Anyway her pride and joy was her hanging basket, so one night after a few pints and everyone asleep I emptied 2 cups of neat bleach in the basket. It took to days but they did go really brown and crispy. She never put another one out so I felt justified Ha ha

My suggestion is different than what you do. Instead of taking revenge find a time to discuss with your friend your dislike and understand each other to solve the problem and then to continue as good friends as earlier.
Best of luck.

Some years ago, I was working long term for a client on the south coast and one of the executives did his most to make life very unpleasant for me. He even told lies about me to the lady with whom I had developed a relationship.
Before I completed my assignment, this executive announced that he had been offered a tremendous job in another firm. It happened that I knew one of the directors of this firm. The executive never did know why his job offer was withdrawn.

You have to tell her about how you feel. She may be wondering why you're suddenly distancing yourself from her and won't know the reason. She may just end up giving up on you and think you're wierd. If you tell her then she may change or if not then at least the friendship will be ended with her knowing why.
