There is really nothing you can do about the loss of gift cards, unfortunatly. Because they are a gift, even the purchase information won't be the same as your own, and there is no real way for a company to tell that you didn't give the gift card away to someone else. I have worked in a jewelery store for 5 years now and I have seen this a few time with both my store's gift cards and mall gift cards and from what I've seen there is no way to get them refunded. Do make sure though, that if you have any credit cards or ID cards such as a social security card, turn those into the appropriate agencies right away so that no one steals your identity or runs up large bills on your cards. Good luck and sorry for your losses.

They are gone. It's printed on most cards that the store holds no responsibility if cards are lost or stolen. Sorry
