Take her to a dermatologist.

Photo sensitive, cream and internal medications are available by prescription.

If it is internal medicine then Eye protection is requiered. Must follow the instruction to avoid blindness. Even the cream may get absorbed thru skin and cause blindness.

I have permenant tan since 1949, with priscription cream of some kind. In 1948 I was given internal medication but it did not last, so I was asked to apply this cream, I had applied it only twice.

She absolutely must wear sunscreen before stepping out in the sun. This will provide protection against UV radiation. There is no food/cream that will help her get a permanent tan.

No there isn't anything, besides, wanting something to give a permanent tan sounds lethal and cancerous. Hand her a bottle of SPF or she can kiss her youthful looking skin goodbye and pay the price late. Good luck.

You're paranoid. Nothing is wrong with getting in some sunshine. It helps us to produce vitamin D. No cream can substitute for that. Get her some SPF cream instead.

Just buy a tube of cosmetic cream for Afro-americans. You'll find lots of good brands including kiwi and cherry blossom.
