have you tried B&Q? i've got one in my shed - a metal rack with lots of holes of varying size in it to put your screwdrivers in.

My set of Stanley screwdrivers came in a rack secured to the packaging. It served as an anti-theft device in the store and has slotted holes for mounting to the wall.

Try Axminster(.co.uk) they have every possible tool you could think of. Best for this would be a magnetic strip holder or individual tool clips fitted to a piece of wood on the wall.

Just make one, get a length of 3 by 1, and just drill holes in to suit what you want to hang above your work bench. you can drill holes to suit pliers pincers hammers, infact anything you like
