If Millen was ever going to get fired he should have already. He's got a good relationship with the owner and I think he's just going to end up in a position where he's going to be forced into a resignation before the owner actually gets the nerve to fire the guy. The Lions have made NO progress since Millen has been GM

I guess the Lions believe it takes a lot more and Millen is not to blame for all of the Lions' problems. Personally, I think the Lions do need a change at the top but maybe he will surprise you and pick out of need not out of want. The Lions do need a lot of help so his picks have to be precise and to fit for the present as well as the near future.
