that shouldn't be any medicenes which causes side effects. its 4 my 1 of the friend n she may b now 22 or 23years old. pls i want the right answer as she is facing many problems like marriage, jobs etc.

Cycling is a good exercise and fun too.

You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.

The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Swimming.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Stretching exercises on floor.

Find them on line.

Chin ups.

Full stretch type.

Swinging from a rope.

Full stretch climbing.

In other words do things that require stanching.

In the morning after good night sleep every one is about 1/2 inch to 1 inch taller. This is because the soft tissue between the bones recovers during the time when there is no weight on them.

Older people loose height due to bone loss. I was 5', 7'' I am only 5', 5".

I believe that every one has some tall height genes, dormant or active; I again believe that certain exercises can activate those.

Again Swimming:

You will start out with half a lap and build up day by day, half a lap at a time. Then you will swim non stop for 1/2 an hour.

The speed is not important but you must use various strokes and do them correctly, completely, slowly and perfectly. This way you will have full stretch, and its benefit.

go to a chiropractor and hang up side down. It stretches your spine out. Old ppl seem to shrink, its true. The disc between their vertebrae get compressed by gravity. By staying in proper alignment and hanging up side down may add and inch to your height,give or take a little, nothing huge.

You can hang like Rosie O'Donnell, like some "fat lesbian vampire." Sorry I couldn't help it, just quoting some guy they interviewed on tv about rosie. : )

Absolutely not. Height is genetically determined. Your friend is most definitely done growing by that age.
There is NOTHING that can be done now, and as long as she had enough to eat and enough sleep all through childhood, nothing more could have been done then, either.

i am sorry to let you know that till what i know there is nothing. just the way you are years back i was concerned and i took some pills from the doctor for increasing my height nothing much happened. so i wouldnt recommend you to do anything.

Generally, height increases up to the age of twenty only.
Moreover it also depends on one's parents,since it may be due to hereditary gins.
There can be exceptions to every rule.She can try cycling as
an exercise.Also she can try pull ups.
