Hi Everyone
I suspect my computer has been accessed by someone else (who has had physical access to my computer) as I was sent via the post to my home address a print out of some private information that was ONLY saved on my computer. They sent it to my home address (to blackmail or scare me I'm not certain) but either way I want to know when exactly this file was accessed to help me work out who may have done it.
Thus my question is-
1)How can I obtain a report/log of every program/file that has been accessed on my computer recently?
2)How can I obtain files that have been deleted and also deleted from the Recycle bin?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm at my wits end!!
Thanks everyone :)

2)How can I obtain files that have been deleted and also deleted from the Recycle bin?

I have anti virus etc software that is up to date. I think I know the person who has done this and i think he may have had physical access to my computer (foolishly I didn't have a password at the startup!).
