The answer is that the basic holiday is defined to the computer system by way of data.
This will probably consist of just the accommodation.

Flight details will be an option depending on how long the holiday is for and the departure date.
Some customers may not want a flight booked. This is acceptable.

The customer will then have a list of optional extras that can be added to the basic package to make it more suitable for their needs.

Each option added to the package will alter the basic price.

If they want a different accommodation then it will probably be a different 'Holiday'

Flight only will be a different class of package with a default dummy accommodation or just no accommodation.
