Attention all non muslim Indians, do you all seriously view indian muslims as fellow brothers and sisters?

I'm a non-muslim Indian and I say yes to your question.
First off your just the same as us, and plus on my best friends is Muslim [not from Indian] and I treat her the same way I treat anyone else.

Yes, we do! But sometimes either Muslims themselves feel threatened that they are looked upon like terrorists everywhere or people make them feel that way. Although Islam is respected as much as any other religion, Muslims often feel the need to defend their religion. Non-muslims tend to misunderstand them and everything goes haywire from here.
