I have difficulties in understanding the following sentence; "any reference to Lessor in this agreement shall be deemed to include its cessionary of delegatee. "

if you please tell me what "the cessionary of delegatee" means (in simple words) :)

Well in simple terms a cessionary is an assignee or grantee. For example: Having surrendered the effects; as, a cessionary bankrupt.
Delegatee a person designated to act for or represent another or others; deputy; representative, as in a political convention.
So overall it means someone assigned to act/represent someone else.
Any reference to Lessor in this agreement shall be deemed to include the person representing Lessor such as a lawyer, solicitor etc.

I don't know much but I think "cessionary or delegatee" would mean more sense.
