Well, since the Final Four won't happen for another two weeks, we don't know.

If you're talking about the entire tournament, well, the most from any state would be Texas, with 5. 30 states and the District of Columbia are represented in the tournament.

5 - TX (North Texas, Texas, Texas A&M, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Texas Tech)
4 - CA (Long Beach State, Southern California, Stanford, UCLA), IN (Butler, Indiana, Notre Dame, Purdue), OH (Miami, Ohio State, Wright State, Xavier), TN (Belmont, Memphis, Tennessee, Vanderbilt), VA (Old Dominion, Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth, Virginia Tech)
3 - KY (Eastern Kentucky, Kentucky, Louisville), NC (Davidson, Duke, North Carolina), PA (Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Villanova)
2 - DC (George Washington, Georgetown), FL (Florida, Florida A&M), IL (Illinois, Southern Illinois), MA (Boston College, Holy Cross), NV (Nevada, Nevada-Las Vegas), NY (Albany, Niagara), UT (Brigham Young, Weber State), WA (Gonzaga, Washington State), WI (Marquette, Wisconsin)
1 - AZ (Arizona), AR (Arkansas), CT (Central Connecticut State), GA (Georgia Tech), KS (Kansas), MD (Maryland), MI (Michigan State), MS (Jackson State), NE (Creighton), NM (New Mexico State), OK (Oral Roberts), OR (Oregon), SC (Winthrop)

Over history it has to be North Carolina. Carolina and Duke have made a combined 26 trips or so to the final four. One or both schools has been represented in 19 of the last 26 final fours. NC State has been to a couple final fours. Wake Forest has also been once I believe.
