U can start with a few mins. initially [ 10 - 15 mins.] & then gradually increase to 30 - 40 or even 45 mins.
But dont overdo it ----not more than an hour at a stretch ----
it causes depression o/wise.

There is no time limits in meditation.when you wants to relax,you can do Meditation in peaceful place.

well 15 mins is more than enough.but do it sincerely.it is very gud for health,peacefulness and improves concentrating power.
