I think you need tinsnips to cut aluminium and alusnips to cut parsnips

No I'd suggest eating them, they are good eating...
The parsnips not the aluminum.
You might be able however to cut aluminum foil with a parsnip.

No. These are Par Snips, they will cut:
P - Phosphorus
Pa - Protactinium
Ar - Argon
But not Aluminium.

aluminium is very easy to cut. We actually just use a pair of regular old scissors most of the time. but you can use snippers.

Tin snips, hack saw or even scissors would work better depending on the size of the aluminum piece that you want to cut..

maybe if they were dipped in liquid nitrogen, and were diamond encrusted, yeah- if you can nail flat-headed nail in with a liquid nitrogen dipped banana i don't see why not!
