Sounds like you are copying someone's work and just trying to rephrase it. You do know that it's plagarism if you just rehash someone else's words. You can do this as long as you remember to reference it. Perhaps you should just take something small from it, like "The NHS are dedicated to providing an excellent service by concentrating on quality and safety". Better grades come when you can use your own words and that is a lot of text to take from elsewhere.

Quite difficult to re-word without knowing what you're trying to acheive but I've had a go to try to make it more reader friendly and as if you've written it yourself, rather than just pulled it from a text... Hope this helps!

The National Health Service as we now know it aims to put strong emphasis on quality and safety. It's main focus within this is on the efficient delivery of high quality response services. The European Foundation for Quality Management model can identify the areas of practice that require change within an organisation. Identifying what needs to change can provide systematic and evaluated information for the development of nursing capability and can ultimately lead to improvement in the outcome of the patient(Jumma 2005).

it's really difficult to try and rephrase something for you, you have to understand that everyone has a different writing style, they use different language, words etc...

if this is for a piece of coursework or for homework or something, please don't try and pass it off as your own, it's plagerism...

if infact that is what your trying to do, you can use quote marks and put that text in as it is... there is no shame in using other peoples ideas, infact, teachers like it because it shows that you have gotten off of your butt to look for the information, the shame is in trying to pass off someone elses ideas as your own.. trust me, you will get caught.

best of luck

No, not without knowing what you are trying to achieve. You need to work this out for yourself, it's all part of education.
