How long are we going to let it go on taunting us from above before scientists get off their lazy asses and do something about it?

Have you always had these feelings that the moon is taunting you? Can you remember events that occurred around dates that included a full moon. Do you notice a tendency to shed when the moon is full? Do you hear howling noises or other wolf-like sound around the time of a full moon?

After obliterating that annoying satellite, you can count on the rotational axis of the Earth precessing by 90 degrees and back every 12,000 years or so. So in a few millennia we can all enjoy the weather as the northern, then southern hemispheres are alternatively roasted to a crisp while the other is frozen to a few hundred degrees below zero for months at a time each year. WOO HOO!
