If a person is under house arrest it depends on what other restrictions a Judge has ordered. If he/she said no internet then there would be no internet.

It depends on what the court has ordered. It should say on your judgement paper given to you by the court. You can get a copy at the clerk of court.

Did you get arrested for hacking computers and stealing IDs?? If not yes dont see why not
