It's a very difficult and lengthy process. You can go in on a student visa, or a work visa if you've got something to offer they need. The EU is getting much stricter with their immigration laws these days, even Ireland, which used to be one of the easiest countries to gain citizenship in. Try contacting your local embassy. You do realize the cost of living there is much higher than here?

just turn up at the airport with no documentation or id and theyll make you a citizen, house you and put you on a fortnightly benefit before you can say p.c.
