hGC levels should double within 48 hours thoughout the first trimester. if you were at 107, within 2 days your levels should have been around 214. This is how you determine the viability of a pregnancy. if your levels are still at 107 or lower then you most likely have experianced what is called a missed miscarriage.

if that is the case (which your doctor will be able to confirm) they will have to probably induce labor or do a D&C to remove the tissues from your uterus.

this has been the case in all of my miscarriages.

Mechanical benefit is the ratio of the output rigidity to the enter rigidity. With a lever, the rigidity you word is inversely proportional to the area that rigidity acts by using. think of approximately it - the artwork you do on one end of the lever must be equivalent to the artwork completed via the choice end of the lever (neglecting losses). artwork is comparable to the rigidity utilized cases the area this is utilized by using. W = F*d If we initiate off with the lever below, pivoting at X, and word a rigidity on the left edge F1 to circulate it down a distance d1, we will have an output rigidity on the spectacular equivalent to F2, shifting by using a distance d2. -----------------------------X--------... ............................... ..............___ __ __............................ ____------...^ ..d2 d1.| F1........___------X..............F2| __ __ v___----- using fact the artwork on the two sides is equivalent, F1 * d1 = F2 * d2 So, the mechanical great element with reference to the lever is MA = F2 / F1 If F1 is fixed, to make the mechanical benefit go up, you ought to make F2 go up. If the artwork you're doing on the enter is fixed (F1 and d1 are fixed), then as F2 is going up, d2 has to circulate down - you are able to hold a heavier weight, yet you are able to no longer carry it as intense! the thank you to make d2 go down is to apply a shorter output arm. For a given enter arm length and displacement d1, you have have been given a fixed perspective to the horizontal, which we are able to call ?. If the output arm length is L2, then the output return and forth d2 is d2 = L2 sin ? the thank you to make that go down is to make L2 shorter. So, in precis, in case you choose to enhance the mechanical benefit, you choose to shorten the output arm. i wish that facilitates!
