You know, the trick in which, lying on the ground, you get up to a standing position by kicking your feet up-forward-down and the hands help you from behind the head.
1)I want precise details on this as the net has zero articles on this. 2)Also, is it a special term for it, aside from kickup?

Kick up is the correct term. Lie on your back, flip your feet up and back toward your head and quickly bring them back down. It helps if you place your hands behind your shoulders while you are learning (as if you were going to go into a bridge). When you bring your feet down concentrate on getting them underneath your butt. It's not an easy trick to learn but you will get it with practice.
