Yes - - - most often = - - - especially coastal areas if you have ever noticed early morning rain then think what do those clouds do, they 'wink out' the stars & any moonlight and since those clouds tend to gather two to three hours before dawn, something to do with pressure drops & precipitation, a meterolist can explain it better but yes it is often darkest before the dawn.

the darkest huor is when the sun is on the precise opposite side of the earth, excluding of course the effect of stars and moon reflection - stars because that is almost constant and moon reflection because that changes depending on the day of the lunar month and other factors but just before dawn - certainly not

real.....the darkest hour is basically earlier break of day,yet for me that's center of nighttime,i arise from sleep & got here across obtainable is not any contemporary & i'm stuck in my room.finished darkest hour.
