if it is blatently obvious they dont support who they are employed by.....ok my question is Southampton related, Our manager George Burely - does he support Southampton - Probably not, do the players who play for Southampton support Southampton, again, probably not.....therefore, how are we as the supporters supposed to believe they are giving it their all for OUR team.....If you get time, please read my blog on my 360 page, bit long winded, but hey thats me, I try to be passionate about my team, but am I fighting a loosing battle. Cheese - what kind of knob are you......No I dont think they want to loose, but they do not appear to have the passion I would expect. If a player grew up and supported a club he now plays for, the supporters would feel he has given the game his all, at the moment, there are not many of my players I feel are doing that.

get a manager in the mould of roy keane, sir alex ferguson and get playes in the mould of rooney, giggs, scholes, g neville, etc...

Ok, so you expect only players born in Southampton who supported them as a boy to play for them then?

i think payers, no matter what team they are playing for, will play to their abilities. They love the game and want to keep their place on the squad. Their club is the hand that feeds them. Just like any other avenue of work, if you want to keep your job you do your best at work.

y don't you take over,LOL, an yes i know what you feel like, that what it was like last season with the nba basketball team toronto raptors, and we got a new general manager, for our squad and we have been crazy this season. and a good team starts with a good core. which you guys don't have.
