Playstation2 games?

Question

I have recently aquired a ps2. Anybody have any good ideas for games to get? I already have shadow of the collosus and Kingdom Hearts.

I don't really care for the grand theft auto series.

The games I am looking for are the games that you think made the console great. I own an Xbox and an Xbox 360 and a Gamecube already. So any game that can be played on those consoles as well as the ps2 don't bother suggesting.

After you get done KH1, definatly play KH2. Also try to get Final Fantasy X and FFXII. All of these are great role playing games that will give you hours of entertainment.

Gran Turismo 4 is a great racing game, I'd rather have damage but the feel of this racing game can not be beat.

I can also recommend, God of War and God of War 2, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater(substance only-fixed the bugs from the first release)

Also there is SOCOM US Navy Seals that is very good as well and there are a few newer releases that are very good as well.

Shadow of the Collosus will be a disappointment. Kingdom Hearts is entertaining though. You might want to try God of War, the Grand Theft Auto series, sports games. It all depends on the types of games that you like.

There are a lot of other games but those are the games that I have liked the most. I am always playing my Xbox 360 so I don't play PS2 much anymore. Those were my favorite PS2 Games.

I like The Sims (any and all of them), Smackdown vs Raw 2006 (prefer it to 2007), Soul Caliber, Virtual Fighter that's all I play so that's my list.
