You shoud try to learn whether she loves you. If you love her, just tell her your feelings to her (I suppose she likes you). If you want friendship, there is no problem. Just get along with her as a friend.

You can write her a nice card, saying how much you like having her as a friend. Or give her money as a birthday gift. You can also buy her something that she really likes. If you don't know her very well, just ask her family and friends, and they will give you ideas of what she likes.
