I completely disagree. Hitler was a monster. Bush is a pretty decent human being and a better president than most. You need to read The Rise And Fall Of The Third Reich to see what a really bad leader is capable of. Or, try The Butcher Of Baghdad which chronicles the life and crimes of Saddam Hussein. Then, armed with a few facts, contrast and compare the three, and ask yourself which one you would prefer as a leader.

G.W. isn't as bad. Some comparisons can be drawn. Hitler bombed the German government building and blamed it on the Jews (9-11). Then everyone was required to enter registration (REAL ID Act). Guns were confiscated, Jews rounded up, and a nice police state formed (yet to come...)

To all of you who think that all these other countries just started hating us since GWB took office, are you really that naive? All these countries have hated us since our inception, oh but they sure do love our money. DO you really want the answer to why they hate us? Well they have told us if you would be willing to listen. 1. because we are free thinking. 2. because we are free living. 3. because we are allowed freedom of religion. 4. because we are arrogent a__holes that want everything handed to us when, where and how we want. Oh yeah and then of course there is that FREEDOM THING. Diplomacy is a joke from all sides because no one in history has ever completely held up to the rules of any policy set durring any diplomacy mission. Oh and I have this question. Since some of you think that all the republicans in recent history have failed us. What the hell was Viet Nam. I think that was the Democrats and one in particular that sent troops who were not completely volunteer (like our military now) into that war. Alot of people in this country need to stop drinking Kool-aid and realize we are our own worst enemy and WE are the reason WE are loosing the war on terror. At least we are just having a war of words over here, it isn't as bad as killing your neighbor because of his religion, although similar, is not the exact same. You know I think hate is hate no matter how you choose to deal with it, and WE are no better in our judgements of each other as Americans as the Shiite or the sunni's are in Iraq. Lies will never be factual, and fact can never be a lie, but garbage will always be garbage.

No I do not agree. Hitler was a genocidal maniac bent on destroying an entire religion. George Bush has not expressed genocidal desires or tendencies and contrary to the belief of some he has not called for the destruction of Islam. He is not running secret gas chambers or proposing any doctrine as offensive as the Final Solution. It is your right to dissent against things with which you don't agree. It is just sad that you cannot make an honest statement against those beliefs, rather than engaging in comparisons which amount to nothing more than character assassination through the use of inadequate and non relevant comparisons like this.

Hitler killed all his rivals. He would have killed off all the Democrats by now. Hitler outlawed elections. Hitler had millions of his own citizens murdered. Hitler had visions of taking over the world and eliminating entire races. GW has done non of this........
