This email claims I'm listed as a beneficiary to receive $7,500. re. First Quarter Payment of the Year 2007 and will be delivered by accredited Diplomatic firm if I respond to Dr Paul Olliver, Deputy Executive Director, United Nations Office. Is this another scam?

Yes it is a scam, the UN doesn't give money out (directly at least) but they sure take a lot of money in.
