a cheater who taken away money from, how it can be get back while understanding the psychology of the cheater and frauds, what may be the game plan to give response to this unlawful and unfaithful friends and associates- suggest some book to deal with such sort of persons

Sigmund Freud or any of Dr. Phil's books would work I suppose. A cheater is a person with no integrity that likes to short cut their way through life. Life usually runs it's coarse with people like this anyway and that is called Karma.
