The above-mentioned BoardGamesetc link does show the games but does not have them for sale.
There are several copies of Ghettopoly available in the BoardGameGeek.com marketplace, with a New one available for $40:

First of all... What is Ghettonopoly or Redneckopoly. Never in my whole life time have I ever heard of such games like that. Are they suppose to be like Monopoly, but just different names and version styles? Well i also like to know also. I will keep up with this question. Try E-Bay! You might find your answer there.
