She is maybe overcrowded. Get her a bigger cage.

if the babies have fur, their eyes are opened and they are moving about the cage, it's a good sign that she is trying to wean them.
Cage chewing could be a sign of stress, she may feel over crowded now or feeling the need for privacy (from you and the babies)
You stated that she is moving them out the tunnel to a box...good indication that she has had enough of them (lol)
sounds like it's her way of saying it's time for the babies to go away. good luck

TAKE THE BABIES OUT NOW!!! The mother's chewing on the cage bars is a sign that she doesn't want her children and if she doesn't get rid of them she will eat them. I know because my aunt's hamster did the same thing. GROSS BUT TRUE!

Get her some chews from your local pet store to get her to stop biting on the cage. Some hamsters perfer the cage wire. One of my rats will only chew on the cage wire. Try to get her to use some chews, but sometimes they won't stop, you may just have to move her to a different room while you're trying to sleep. For the babies..they're probably already weaned. Don't worry too much about her ignoring them.

She is probably overcrowded. You should give her some wood blocks to chew so she won't bite the cage.

Have you touched her babies? If you have then your hamster's rejecting her babies. Your hamster can probably smell the oil secreted from your hands when you touched her young.
