Do you mean you are looking for someone to teach you Japanese, or you are looking for a Japanese person who is a teacher that you lost track of?
If you are looking for someone to teach you Japanese, I can help. I teach English at a university in Japan. Several of my students are learning to teach Japanese to foreigners. I have already recommended many people to my student and are at present learning Japanese via the internet from my students. If you are interested, message me your email address and I will pass it on to my students. They will in turn contact to to set up the style you want to use.
If you are looking for a Japanese friend who is a teacher, if you know what prefecture they are in, you can contact the board of education in that prefecture and ask them to pass on a message to the person. It would help if you knew what level of education they were in (elementary, Jr.HS, HS, etc.), and if applicable, what subject they teach.
Either way, good luck.
