I think an obvious answer would be to take the wings from a bird and put them on myself. That would be awesome, I mean really, who wouldn't love to be able to fly?

Definitely an elephant....
It may scare some ladies, but I'm sure it would at least be a significant conversation starter. My only fear is that while I'm mowing the yard it would stuff clumps of grass in my rear.

If you could take an octopus epidermis, you could camouflage yourself in totally sweet ways and flash different colors--that'd be cool.
