there is white stuff down there. its kinda like cheese. what is that crap?

We usually have white discharge, but since you described it as cheese then it's quite possible that you have a yeast infection. Go to a gynecologist to make sure especially if this is your first time dealing with it one.
Edit:
Beware of the fact that sometimes it's difficult to distinguish between the different infections. If you don't have a yeast infection and you treat it as one then this could happen. The yeast that normally lives in your vagina may become resistant to the treatment. So when you actually do have a yeast infection and treat it then the yeast infection would be more hard to get rid of.

you have thrush?yeast infection...get vaginal cream or put on some yogurt or just go to the doctor and get it checked out

if you had sex last night, it could be your mans semen, maybe you should take a bath for hygiene purposes.
or it could be yeast infection.
