We friends (all girlz) wanna give a surprise picnic for another friend's birthday. please suggest some creative, non-typical ideas of making the garden picnic special on the lines of decorating the picnic spot and if possible some easy, cute yet convenient theme. Thanks!

How about baking a cake and putting a toy picnic set on it.

Fill a (new) sand pail with pudding and/or cake with a crumbled cookie topping to resemble dirt. Use artificial flowers and place them in the dirt with jelly worms and jelly bugs around it. Serve with the (new) little plastic shovel. A watermelon basket carved nicely with a handle is also a great idea. Fill it with a variety of fruits. You can also fill a long fancy planter with ice and place bottles of your favorite beverages within it, then cover the ice with stones of your choice and place this arrangement on the picnic table. You can also tie napkins up with a flower (daisy) and twine. Use nature as your theme. Use as much of the outdoors to decorate with. Tie up a bundle of long sticks with a large pretty yellow ribbon in the middle as a centerpiece and place a long tapered candle in the middle. I hope this helps.

Balloons, more flowers(different colors) and after that you must let every thing to be natural....!!!
