It depends of the grain of your sandstone and of the cement. Basically a density between 1.8 to 3.2... 2.35 is a common value. The volume of your block will be 0.25 m3 so the weight will be between 450 and 800 kg. Use 600 kg to be on the safe side.

it depends upon the crystal content of the sandstone, as this would change the density of the stone and hence, change the weight.
