Some people have a different type of system. One that leaves them cold at all times no matter where you are geologically.
An example of this is my wife. It doesn't matter what time of year it is, she still sleeps with wool socks on and a comforter or quilt doubled over her year round. Yes we do live in Wisconsin, but this is as I said, year round. I hate to admit it, but she also need to have flannel sheets on the bed as well.
Her doctor claims that this is because she has inadequate circulation in her extremities. Unfortunately. I too have inadequate circulation in my extremities, but I am lucky that I don't go to the extreme like she does.
Check with your doctor and see if you have the same problem, poor circulation in the extremities.
Good Luck to you.

You could probably be suffering with anemia, which is an iron deficiency. Are you eating enough greens? I know I sound like your mother but there is a lot of truth in that. You could try drinking "Guinness", it's full of iron, thats if you can get it in Hawaii.I am from England so I know all about the cold.Try exercising as well that will get your body warmed up and fit in the process, look after yourself .Take care.

It is possible that your body temperature runs low, instead of the usual 98.6. I also have the same problem, and depending, my temp can dip down to 96. I wouldn't get too concerned, unless you have a fever or your temp drops much lower than 96.

You could have a thyroid disorder. Speak to your doctor about it and get tested. It's a simple blood test.
