It seems impossible .. but its Possible .. quite simple..
1/5 Boric Powder + 2/5 Flour + 1/5 Sugar + 1/5 Milk
Make a dough and apply to the cracks and holes and all the hidden places .. cabinets and corners ... Use your imagination.. and yah while doing so use a rubber glove and keep away from children.
This Formula will surely solve your problem for more than 6 months.. at least.. depends on traffic of roaches coming in ur kitchen .. :) and yah does not matter if the u live in a apartment or house or some place where they are too much in number and they keep coming back.. JUST do THis and Believe me you will be relieved from the most disgusting creature on this EArTH..

Combat or Raid roach baits. Boric acid kills them also, but it's hard to get it where they live. Just dumping it all over only makes a mess. I never recommend bombs or over the counter sprays for roaches. they don't work and can be dangerous.
Ignore these people telling you to clean up and remove the food sources. It can't be done. They can survive for weeks off a grease smear under the stove. You can't get your house clean enough for them to starve.
If you own the house, call an exterminator. If it's an apartment, complain to the management. Roaches are a real pain in apartments because they keep migrating from one apartment to the next. You can't keep them out by yourself.

I would first try some bug bomb found in stores. Try to find one that says it kills cockroaches, and after setting it off, go out for a few hours while it takes effect.
If that does not get rid of them, then I would call an exterminator. I hope that helps, and good luck!

Buy "Combat" roach killer traps. They work best..are safest near the food stuffs and are very effective. Best of all, they last for over 3 months at a time,I think!
Alternately, you can try buying Pandan leaves and keep them around the kitchen. They work as well and are safe too.
Hope this helps!

By getting rid of them! Unfortunately if you live in an apartment it will be difficult because they will run next door until it is safe to return. A good home cure is boric acid and you might want to try one of the sonic devices that are suppose to eliminate insect problems. Good luck.

what you need to do is make sure you leave no scraps in your kitchen. Roaches are the nastiest vermin ever placed on this planet. If you have a Do-It-Yourself pest control where you are at, they have a chemical called "DEMON", It is used by all pest control companies(Not that they would tell you that) it is a one ounce package that you drop in a gallon of water and the packet dissolves in the water, Spray around the bottom of your cabinets and inside(empty of course) it will dry to a clear pest control and no smell. The roaches will drop like flies!! Let me know if this helps

Boric acid, it is very effective when used properly for killing cockroaches and most other insects. You can also get a house lizard, they are natural enemies and will eat them.

Call an exterminator. If you live in an apartment and they refuse to spray, keep all the dead ones, put them in an envelope and mail them to the Apartment Manager.
