I have never had one, but I think it is when you get to a certain level, i think they dont want you guys to get high up in the chain!

I think they have gone to bed as it is daytime UK here,but hey I know what you mean,I woke up one morning a while back to find I got 3 violations for 2 jokes that were not dirty or risque, can't work them out some times, yet they allow people to post obscene material on their avatars,but do not worry I'm sure there will be one along at some point of the day. No I received one a week ago for responding to one of those I can't find anything about..... type questions. I mean if you can find Y/A you can find a search engine. So, I provided a list of sources and suggested the person do some research on their own and closed by saying: I think you are just trying to get someone to write your report for you.
Sheesh They are alive and well and obviously didn't read the question I was answering.

I reported this one guy who was very foul and vile.I do not make report's,but this guy was way over the top.I got an email saying they were looking into it.
