I know what that feels like - I am sat down at my desk 7.5 hours a day, sat on a bus seat 4 hours a day - and the only exercise I get is when I run to catch a bus, or stroll towards the lunch canteen. It's pathetic. I'll be hopping on my bicycle this wekeend though, for the first time in ages. Perhaps Lottie will join me on horseback. Care to run along?

Just keep exercising your brain! Butts are designed to be sat on! I've spent a fortune on chocolate and crisps, over the years, so I can have a comfy place to sit!...

do chair exercises there are ideas on the internet for that, and get up and walk around about every hour to hour and half. Good Luck !
