Why you have not installed an antivirus software before you're getting in troubles?

Try to install "Stinger" at http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger and Stinger surely might find & remove that crap from your computer - Stinger is not a full antivirus software, but a good removal tool...

Or make an online virus scan - there are some at McAfee's website or at Kaspersky.com or any other - just search on Google for "online virus scan".

When your computer is clean again, get a good antivirus software. I recommend the free AVAST. It's absolutely great and free - you only have to register at AVAST every 14 months. Go to http://www.avast.com and look for the free version of Avast on their website.

Good luck!

Greetings from Germany...

Well you can go to Mcafee and get a online virus scan but really you need to reinstall your version of Windows. Obviously the virus on your computer was downloaded onto your drive by some file sharing program or bogus email and most anti-virus programms will only quarantine the virus. For your computers sake reinstall Windows.

Better you try to carryout system restore. I have found this method is more useful to fix problems. You can try system restorein safe mode. Select a day of restore to a day when thePC was working normally. If you want to know an effective procedure for system restore please visit the following site.
