Do you know the Charity BLF?

Question

I am conducting a survey to find out how many people are aware of the BLF, I'm not going to tell you what it stands for but I will give you a couple of clues, a) it is a Charity and b) we take the function of L for granted. I ask this question because I see many many people out collecting for various Charitys, but never the BLF, I suffer with one of the diseases associated with BLF and it angers me that something so vital is so underfunded and not commonly known about by Joe Public.

I work for a research center. I take experimental drugs. The program is sponsored by a hospital in London ! I have COPD ! I think we are on the same page !
