Here, I'll invent one for you. Scottist, or if you want to include Irish as well, Celtist. Makes sense, and was thought up using the English language as a template.
Someone with an inherent fear of Brits is already known as an Anglophobe.

By the way, I hope you're not Scottist, cos I'm half Scottish.

scottiephobia! ha hahahaaaaaa!! anyway there is no particular name for fear/dislike of people of a certain country, the general word is xenophobia used to describe irrational fear/dislike of foreigners.
