Sadly because just like the USA, we have a lot of dumbasses in Scotland that voted for the eejits. The Concervative & Unionist Party aren't much better either.

Well it would seem the opposite side has more of the voters for now.. And the rest of the voters are divided between two other groups. Could it be that Labour gives out more government money and therefore buys the votes with government programmes?

Because the torys are crap,and the SNP will only lead Scotland into a right mess.They might sound good at times but have no idea of running a country all our money comes from the English give this up and we will go bankrupt in no time.

It is a good question. Jack McConnell doesn't make me proud to be Scottish - is he really the best we can do ?
They expect to remain in charge of the Scottish Parliament because they invented it. The SNP looks like they'll end Labour dominance in May. If they can offer economic competence I would welcome the change.
