Most large chemical companies are international. If you go to aldrich.com, for example, and under the "Other Countries" tab choose Egypt, you'll get the link to their export services, meaning that pretty much everything they sell in the U.S. they'll sell to Egypt. I don't know specifically what manufacturer people in Egypt actually buy from, but if you look up any chemistry paper from Egypt (you can probably check out a chemistry department there and look for a list of publications of a faculty member) they have to say where they got their chemicals.
