Perhaps in a few generations a new leader will come forward that will repair the damage Bush has made.
He has angered so many people, and nations, that it will be very hard.

Answer: Yes. Think about it! Worst economy since the Great Depression, unemployment and interest rates double digits, near 20% each, weakened military....And it only took Jimmieny Carter four years to degrade America that much...Reagan cleaned up his mess in just 3 years, strengthened America and assured it of world status...till another socialist liberal would rise to power to start America down yet again.

I in no way lost desire. this is precisely why it replaced into so painful to work out the form shredded -- sure, this is merely quite paper yet while people forget the concepts embodied in it, then they and the worldwide are doomed. the thought that people valued their freedoms so little that they could enable them to be taken away -- by ability of a C pupil who in no way did something good in his life! -- replaced into terrifying to something people. And now you have elected a constitutional regulation student to the White homestead. thank you to pass, usa. you have come on your senses.

What damage? Fighting terrorists where they live instead of over here?
I hope that "damage" is never fixed.
And by the way, the USA is a COUNTRY, not a county.

'It will not be one leader I'm sad to say. The damage that Bush will take decades to repair. Financially, our grand children will be paying for this war. Our standing in the world community may never be what it was in the 1990's in our life times. And of course we can never recover the loss of life incurred by this administration's dishonest war.
It's amazing how much this president has done in eight years. An ineffective president without any effort would have been not nearly as bad... it's frightening.

Probably not. Presidents and Priests have tried to get the stench of Bush out of the air but he just keeps getting stinkier.

Perhaps, but you should be more concerned with how you can fix it. Government rarely conducts self-maintainence.
