Leaving Politics aside, you should contact The Regional Health Authority of the area covering the Hospital concerned.

You must first and always make your initial complaint to the hospital or surgery involved. When you do so you must ask for a copy of their complaints proceddure which they must provide, this you must follow. If the matter remains unresolved then you must make a complaint to the The Health Service Ombudsman, Millbank Tower, Millbank. London SW1P 4QP Tele. 0845 015 4033
