I believe that was a promotional mini-CD I am not 100% sure who gave it out . I think it was Burger King, or maybe Shell Gasoline.
Look CLOSELY W/magnifier around the inner lip. there should be the publisher's mark and other details.web search that info

The only album with all of those tracks is 'Eagles - Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975)'...released in 1976.
