My favourite time in history is the medieval/dark times because that is the period when many thing were lost and there clothings were interesting i i always want to know more about the time when shakespeare was alive ( not that i really like the plays-i just like the language and costume)
i also like the chinese tang dynasty cos it was a time of great welth and power for china and it would be interesting to be there as well when it was ruled by an king/emporer

My favourite time period in British history is the so-called "Dark Ages" around the 5th and 6th century AD, where the nation was in a state of great change. My favourite characters from that period would be King Athelstan, as the first king of all England, and King Alfred, for his stand against the Vikings.
In world history my choice would be the "Golden Age" of Greek history in the heyday of Athens, from which my favorite person would be Pericles.
