I and S have been best friends for almost 5 years; and we've never experienced being away from each other for a long time until the time when we started going to college. Now here's the problem, while we were talkin on the phone, she was teasing me saying that I'm such a loser because I prevented myself from havin any boyfriend aftr I broke up with my ex, compared to her who has many BFs already even though she's new in that city. And I told her that I dn't want 2 hav a BF for the meantime since I'm new here and I dn't want the people in the neighborhood to consider me "cheap" having relationships with guys that I barely knew. Then, she got mad at me because in her POV it was like she's cheap (w/c isn't really true, I never thought of her as cheap). Since then, I've been askin' for an apology (I've been askin for an apology for months) and she says that she's not mad but whenever I text or call her, she never replies to my texts nor does she answer the phone. What should I do now??=(

you were in the wrong too..
the way you said it DID make her sound cheap....
if you apologize for the way you made it sound... she will most likely apologize too..
thats the only way you both will feel better.

Just leave her alone in time she realize that she was wrong and give you an apology even if it takes 3 yrs!
