It is a obsessive love of the self. Loving ones actions, achievements and physique to an unhelathy level where it impacts of social relations.

Narcissist is someone who's antisocial love for themself to the point where even if they do something wrong, they can't see it or they blame someone/everyone else for their failures. A narcissist has superiority complex .. they think they are perfect.
