yea but for that free ps3 i have to give credit card info nope not doin that

nope, sorry. I think one of the main reasons that Sony decided not to make the controllers compatible (other than $) was that a lawsuit against Sony by the company which invented the rumble feature.

Edit-That lawsuit has since been resolve, and there are some rumors of future rumble support.

Probably not, just the say ps1 controllers aren't compatable with the ps2.
