Your on the job injury/workman's comp claim lacks sufficient data inorder to give an answer to your question. Such information would be the circumstances of the incident, what treatment you have received, are you currently back to work with or without restrictions, has the treating physician declared you to have a long term disabilitiy due to this incident, were you observing all safety regulations and was the employer negligent in some way? Sorry, valuation requires information.

Suggest you speak to a lawyer and offer a percentage of the settlement claim award if you win the case instead of the usual fee, this way, the lawyer will definitely work in your favor in getting as high a settlement as possible as his/her fee depends on how much settlement is awarded.

I think you should opt for a decent PAID health plan or doctors that can continue to treat you if you need it if your actually having constant problems and pain. Of course you could be a person who decides that say....200 thousand dollars will make my injury go away. When what your thinking about is all the new "toys" you can buy. If that's the case remember sometimes those things tend to to blow up in one's face.

Speak to an attorney. In cases like this, they will do it on a contingent basis, meaning they only get paid if you win. I know each body part has a price tag on it. Like I believe a shoulder is $5,000. So talk to an attorney.

Should get physiotherapy first to diagnose your injury. The physiotherapy will also tell you what kind of exercises you should do to strengthen your muscle groups at your back.

Doing weight lifts and stretchings will definitely help.
